What are we looking for?We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to join our small but ambitious French marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to develop strong product expertise within a premium brand, while taking on a role that combines strategy, execution, and international exposure.
MissionAs a Brand Manager at Carapelli, you will drive the growth and visibility of a premium brand by combining strategy and hands‑on execution. You will manage the product portfolio, implement global innovations, analyze market data, and activate the brand across channels, working closely with teams in Spain, France, and Italy. This role offers international exposure, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a lean, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and execution of the local marketing plan and ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
- Monitor brand and competitor performance (sell‑out, distributor & consumer panels), identify opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio (formats, packaging, core range) and support the launch of global innovations in France.
- Develop and roll out integrated activation plans, both ATL and BTL, with a strong focus on in‑store performance and ROI.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Category Management to tailor the mix per retailer and maximize brand presence.
- Partner with creative, media, and design agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns and packaging developments.
- Collaborate with HQ in Madrid and production teams in Italy to secure product launches and ensure availability.
- Track and manage the A&P budget, monitor P&L levers, and assess campaign effectiveness through KPIs (rotation, visibility, ROI).
- You have a Master’s degree (business school or equivalent) with a specialization in Marketing or Business.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, ideally combining a first field experience (sales, retail management) and/or trade marketing or category management.
