As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can help shape how Super Technologies shows up in the Greek market. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and community impact—you'll be responsible for making sure our brand feels relevant and authentic while building meaningful connections with local communities.

You'll work directly with our Marketing Director to develop the local brand strategy and lead our CSR initiatives. We're looking for someone with around 6 years of experience who's ready to take on more responsibility with the backing of senior leadership. If you care about building brands that actually matter to people—and want to work on both sponsor ships and social impact programs—this could be a great fit.

What

You'll Be Doing :

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Owning the brand across channels: You'll make sure our brand shows up consistently—and effectively—across TV, sponsor ships, digital campaigns, and outdoor advertising. Everything from visual identity to tone of voice needs to feel cohesive and true to who we are.
  • Adapting our message for Greece: We have global brand pillars (Generosity, Supersocial), but you'll work with leadership to translate these into stories that actually resonate here. What matters to Greek audiences? That's what you'll figure out and bring to life.
  • Running brand campaigns: Partner with Growth and Creative to execute campaigns that get noticed. We're open to unconventional ideas—guerrilla marketing, viral content, whatever drives awareness and brings in new customers.
  • Activating sponsor ships: Work with our Partnerships team to squeeze real value out of our sponsor ships with teams, leagues, and events. It's not just about logos—it's about turning these partnerships into visibility and community connection.
  • Understanding the market: Our central Intelligence teams handle brand tracking and reputation studies. Your job is to dig into those reports, understand where we stand and what people think of us, then use those insights to sharpen our approach locally.

CSR, Community & Reputation

  • Shaping our CSR approach: With guidance from the Marketing Director, you'll help define what responsible corporate citizenship looks like for Super Technologies in Greece—making sure it ties to responsible gaming and addresses real local needs.
  • Building community partnerships: Find and nurture relationships with nonprofits, local sports clubs, and community organizations. You'll represent our “Supersocial” mission on the ground and make sure these partnerships feel genuine, not transactional.
  • Protecting our reputation: Keep a finger on the pulse of how we're perceived. Work with Corporate Communications when issues come up, and make sure we're addressing concerns openly and honestly.
  • Telling impact stories: Help document and communicate the good we're doing in communities—turning investments into stories that resonate and generate positive media coverage.
We're looking for someone who :
  • Has 6+ years in brand management or marketing, ideally in fast-moving, digital, or regulated industries (iGaming, Fin Tech, Telecom, etc.)
  • Has helped launch or build brands in competitive markets and know what it takes to cut through the noise.
  • Cares about CSR—whether through past experience running community programs or just a genuine interest in making business more responsible
  • Works well with others:
    You're comfortable collaborating with senior leaders on strategy and can execute across teams (Legal, Product, Performance, Creative).
  • Is comfortable with data:
    You can read brand tracking reports and market research, pull out what matters, and use it to inform creative decisions.
  • Is strong communicator in both Greek and English—written and verbal.
