We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our Brand team at Sporty Group.
As Brand Coordinator, you will work closely with the Brand Director to help shape, organize, and activate the brand strategy across multiple touchpoints. You will become deeply immersed in our brands, products, campaigns, and audiences, acting as a key support in defining where each brand is going and how it shows up in the market.
This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, visibility, and impact across the business.
What you’ll be doing- Develop a deep understanding of Sporty Group’s brands, values, tone of voice, products, and audiences
- Support the Brand Director in defining and maintaining a clear brand strategy for each brand
- Help identify priority products, features, and moments to highlight throughout the year
- Build and manage a comprehensive brand calendar, including key marketing moments, campaigns, product launches, sponsor ships, and internal milestones
- Lead the planning and execution of smaller brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, product, content, social, partnerships) to ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Ensure brand guidelines are understood, applied, and respected across markets and channels
- Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and cultural moments, providing insights and recommendations
- 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a similar role
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and manage details
- Genuine interest in brands, culture, sports, entertainment, and marketing
- Ability to understand complex brand ecosystems and simplify them into clear actions
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing calendars, timelines, and multiple projects
- Confidence working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Creative sensitivity and good judgement when evaluating ideas and executions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English is required
- Experience working with multi‑brand or multi‑market environments
- Background in sports, entertainment, betting, gaming, or digital platforms
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies or in‑house creative teams
- A proactive mindset: comfortable taking ownership and pushing ideas forward
- Presentation tools (Google Slides, Canva)
- Collaboration and communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams)
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, internal reporting tools)
- Social and content platforms (for coordination and understanding, not execution)
- Centrally located offices in Madrid
- 23 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays in accordance with the official calendar of the city of Madrid
