• Communication with creators (micro influencers): manage DMs, comments, and email communications through the platform and via Social Media.
• Monitor and support creators throughout the campaign/platform.
• Interact with users and posts to foster engagement.
• Dynamization ideas and strategy.
• Content Creation - weekly videos with tips for the community

• Experience:
  
  2 - 5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Experience with affiliate or fidelity programs, beauty category social and advocacy management is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge:
  Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
• Languages:
  
  English full working proficiency (written and verbal)
