Your Mission as Marketing SpecialistWe’re looking for a Marketing Specialist based in Madrid to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Lexroom’s events, advertising campaigns, and social media community building. You will own initiatives end‑to‑end, from early brief to post‑activation analysis, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and measurable impact across internal and external audiences.
This role is for someone highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented, who enjoys building a brand from scratch and thrives in the fast‑paced, hands‑on environment of a growing tech startup.
Key Responsibilities- Own events end‑to‑end, from initial brief and planning to execution and post‑event debrief.
- Plan and coordinate external activations including trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
- Build and grow Lexroom’s social media community through consistent, engaging content and a qualified database.
- Collaborate with HQ on marketing campaigns, adapting messaging, claims, and landing pages by campaign and geography.
- Analyze campaign and event performance across channels, regions, and creatives, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
- Define clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs in collaboration with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with communications teams on event promotion, newsletters, and social content before and after activations.
- Track results and collect feedback to continuously improve events and campaigns.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a SaaS or Fast Growing Startup
- Strong creative and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with event and webinar management tools (e.g., Brella, Luma) or visual content creation is a plus.
