The Role

Be responsible for managing relationships with direct clients, identifying business opportunities, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will take part in the planning and execution of commercial strategies. This is a full-time position with significant flexibility to work remotely from home or from the office located in central Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Build Your Portfolio:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for brand-side marketers and agency partners
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities with brand-side marketers and agency partners
  • Collaborate closely with other vertical team members to ensure a compelling, consultative sales experience that drives long-term value

Deliver Strategic Solutions:

  • Understand each brand’s unique marketing challenges through active listening and thoughtful discovery
  • Educate clients on how the associated VDX.tv solutions can address their specific challenge
  • Lead client discovery, pitch, and consultative strategy sessions—both independently and other team members
  • Maintain a strong understanding of marketing strategies in the vertical industry team you join
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with brand-side marketers and agency teams
  • Represent VDX.tv at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
  • More than 3 years of commercial experience managing direct clients.
  • More than 7 years of commercial experience in the digital industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and persuasively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital products: CTV/OTT, OLV, display video, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on goals and results.
  • Candidates with existing contacts among direct clients who may be interested in our digital products will be especially valued.
