The Associate Product Manager supports the execution of product and marketing initiatives for the Ostomy & Continence Care portfolio, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
This role is designed for a high-potential early-career professional eager to build a career in Product Management within the medical devices industry. The position focuses on execution, coordination, market analysis, and learning, with exposure to cross-functional teams, sales activities, and global marketing processes.
The role offers a clear development path toward full Product Manager responsibility as experience and ownership grow.
- Support the execution of marketing plans for Ostomy & Continence Care portfolio.
- Coordinate product portfolio updates with cross-functional teams and supporting implementation process
- Support the planning and execution of key initiatives (roadshows, educational events, advisory boards, congresses)
- Capture insights and unmet needs from sales team and HCP
- Consolidate and analyze sales and market data and involvement in regular reporting
- Collaborate and co-travel with the sales team in the execution of tactical plans and follow-up
- Active participation in local activities with HCP
- Support the sales team with marketing materials preparation.
- Participate in sales training activities
- Build strong working relations with internal stakeholders: finance, sales, and global marketing.
- Collaborate in a regular and open way with Marketing and Sales teams to align on priorities, progress, and next steps.
- Provide regular update to Marketing Manager with agreed objectives, with key priorities follow up.
THE ROLE:
- Collaborative and proactive profile, comfortable working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, processes, and basic product commercialization concepts.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for day-to-day collaboration and presentations with internal/external customers.
- Comfortable presenting structured information, including technical or clinical approach
- Strong coordination skills for educational events, congresses and meetings.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support market research, data analysis, and competitive tracking.
- Attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to support budget tracking and understand basic financial concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Live the culture and implement accordingly daily basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing area, science (with analytical background experience/education preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and design tools
- Oral and written advanced level in English is essential (C1 or similar)
