Role Overview
As a Media Buyer within the Publisher Manager Team
, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our inventory of premium publishers. Your goal is to identify, negotiate with, and onboard high-value media partners who fit our clients’ needs across various verticals and countries.
You will work closely with the Publisher Managers, Sales Teams, and Product teams to ensure that our marketplace always offers the best supply in terms of quality, pricing, and performance.
Identify and prospect high-potential publishers according to market demand and priority verticals.
Negotiate pricing models, commercial terms, and partnership conditions (AI-First™ formats/SEO & GEO-driven placements).
Build long-lasting relationships with media groups, independent publishers, and networks.
Maintain and expand a healthy, competitive publisher portfolio aligned with Getfluence’s growth objectives.
Track performance, pricing competitiveness, availability of formats, and media quality.
Recommend activation strategies and inventory improvements based on market trends and client demand.
Work with the Sales Teams to anticipate client needs and ensure the right inventory is available.
Collaborate with CSM team and sales to hand over accounts and ensure operation, onboarding and long-term management.
Provide feedback to Product & Ops teams regarding publisher expectations, workflow improvements, and potential new features.
Monitor publisher ecosystems, advertising trends, and sponsored content formats.
Benchmarks and identify opportunities to strengthen Getfluence’s unique positioning.
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches (e.g., AI-First™ ...).
A key role in a fast-growing international scale-up evolving in the AdTech & Content Marketing ecosystem.

Initial meeting with the Headof Publisher to assess your motivations and skills.
English interview with a team member to assess your language proficiency.
Practical test or case study to evaluate your operational abilities.

Final interview with our CEO, followed by a recommendation call.
Experience in media buying, publisher acquisition, digital advertising
, or influencer/content marketplace roles.Strong understanding of the online publishing ecosystem and digital media pricing mechanics, and backlinks activities.
Negotiation and contract management abilities.
Data-driven mindset—comfortable with KPIs, pricing grids, and performance tracking.
English proficiency at least 2 others languages French, Italian, German .... more is a plus!
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating fast-changing environments.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams—sales, product, publisher management.
