Global Logistic Control Tower Operator

** ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Contribute to knowledge base, standard operating procedures and work instructions creation and updates, and best-practice documentation.
** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.

* Experience:

** Experience in Control Tower or Command Center roles is preferred.
2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in transportation, logistics and supply chain.

Proficiency in all standard MS applications.
* Manage high-pressure situations with tenacity, resiliency, and ownership.
* Critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn, adaptability, and flexibility.
* Strong analytical skills for synthesizing data to aid decision-making.

Technical proficiency in transportation, supply chain, cold chain logistics, trade & customs, compliance.

Excellent Collaboration skills in a multicultural environment, effective communication, responsibility, and honesty.

Time management and organizational skills.
