Compliance Officer Romania

Super is currently looking for a highly skilled, professional Compliance Officer to work in our business operations in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal rules across the jurisdictions/markets where Super operates and intends to operate.

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar compliance-based role;
• Has a good understanding of compliance obligations, requirements and dynamics;
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts;
• Has excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Has excellent time-management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient;
• Is proactive, curious and self-sufficient, can work well cross-functionally;
• Has a solid understanding of what is needed to form critical plans to manage crisis events or compliance violations should they ever occur;
• Knowledge of iGaming, Sports book, or Casino will be considered a plus.

• Be the lead and main contact for regulatory compliance‑related matters, ensuring clear communication and consistent compliance guidance for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory developments on the business, and proactively implement any required changes, by working with the internal stakeholders.
• Review, obtain, and submit complete game and supplier certifications to the regulator.
• Develop and deliver mandatory and role‑specific compliance training with scheduled refreshers.
• Manage the Romanian policies and be the lead for implementing and monitoring global compliance programs in Romania.
• Support regulatory, audit, and similar inspections related to Compliance.
• Support day‑to‑day to internal and external stakeholders on any issues around compliance.
