Since we opened our Spanish market in 2020, we have experienced great momentum and traction. Our local team is growing (so far we went from 0 to 30+ in just over a year 🚀) We now want to take the market by storm and exponentially grow the business to ultimately become one of the market leaders. Our sales team is the engine that drives our B2B customer reach.

Your mission ⭐️
As a Sales Crew Lead, you will drive collective performance and strategic alignment while empowering individual team members to excel:
Drive collective revenue achievement: Own the crew's collective target (sum of all individual sales targets within your crew) for both growth and profitability. Unlike individual contributors, you won't carry your own sales pipeline; instead, you'll orchestrate the crew's combined efforts to meet and exceed revenue objectives through effective resource allocation and performance optimization.
Empower individual success & development: Coach, mentor, and enable every crew member to reach their personal objectives by providing tactical guidance, removing obstacles, and fostering a high-performance environment. You'll identify skill gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure each team member has the tools and support needed to succeed.
Shape & execute Go-to-Market strategy: Proactively contribute to the vertical's strategic direction by owning specific work streams and serving as a subject matter expert for other teams. Identify market opportunities, validate product-market fit, and ensure customer expectations and potential blockers are surfaced and addressed through strategic planning and execution.
Ensure strategic alignment across the organization: Act as the critical link between sales execution and company strategy by collaborating closely with the GM & the Head of Sales Spain. Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable sales plans while feeding market intelligence and customer insights back up to leadership.
Optimize sales tactics & operational excellence: Continuously evaluate and refine the crew's sales methodologies, processes, and tools to maximize effectiveness. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement best practices that drive consistent results across the team.
Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives: Manage, develop, and inspire a crew of 6 AEs, ensuring clarity of expectations, consistent coaching, and strong alignment with strategic priorities.
