Job Description & Summary

A career within Deals Transaction Services offers the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and capital markets. We help leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals, providing data‑driven insights that ensure maximum value for clients.

We work solely on deals—helping buyers and sellers prepare better, close faster, and realise profits sooner on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.

• Lead financial due diligence projects for both acquirers and vendors, working with private equity houses and corporate clients.
• Critically review key value drivers of the business for historical periods or financial projections.
• Leverage Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues or upsides identified during work.
• Provide support to clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.

• Degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluent in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
• 2–3 years of audit experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous training, including a 4‑week Data Analytics training in our D4D centre.
• Flexibility to travel.
