Overview
Sales Operations Analyst (International Scope) – Endodontics. Department:
Commercial.
Location:
Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). Reporting to:
Senior Director International. Salary: €50,000 + 10% Annual Bonus.
- Become a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams, helping drive commercial performance through meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Influence pricing strategies, product launches, forecasting accuracy and market expansion initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Commercial Performance & Business Insights: analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and business performance across international markets; develop executive dashboards and KPIs; present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Pricing, Forecasting & Financial Analysis: analyse pricing strategies, profitability and discount structures; support sales forecasting and annual planning; evaluate price, volume and mix performance; build robust business cases for new product launches (ROI and NPV).
- Market Intelligence: monitor market trends, competitive activity and commercial opportunities; maintain international market intelligence reports; partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness, channel performance and commercial ROI; provide strategic insights for portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Data Excellence: ensure high-quality commercial reporting through CRM and ERP data governance; continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is an advantage.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations.
- Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional fluency in English.
