About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our EMEA team supporting theThera
SphereY-90 Therapy portfolio within the Interventional Oncology franchise.
This role is designed for early-careeror recent graduates who are eager to develop experience in product management, marketing, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced and innovative medical device environment.
As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will support a range of downstream product management and marketing activities, gaining exposure to product launches, market development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Omnichannel and Integrated Marketing Communications, while building a strong understanding of the interventional oncology landscape.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a therapy thatis transforming the treatment of liver cancer, while developing your professional skills in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Marketing Support:
Support the execution of product management activities across theThera
Sphereportfolio, including product launches and lifecycle management.
Assistin the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support commercial execution across EMEA.
Contribute to the creation and localization of campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, training).
Market & Strategic Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis (market trends, competitors, reimbursement landscape).
Support the development of market models and strategic planning documents.
Analyze customer insights and engagement data toidentifygrowth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Local Marketing teams, Sales, Clinical, and Business Support) toalign on campaigns, events, and training initiatives.
Support coordination and execution of regional meetings, congresses, and educational programs.
Sales & Field Support:
Collaborate with local teams to understand customer needs and support the development of value propositions.
Assistin preparing materials for customer interactions and internal presentations.
Reporting & Compliance:
Track project progress and support reporting activities using internal tools.
Ensure all activities comply with Boston Scientific quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Whatwe’relooking for:
Recent graduate (2024/2025/2026) in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in medical devices, healthcare, and product management
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English (additionalEuropean languages are a plus)
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
