Partnerships Internship

• Assist in the technical and operational onboarding of new partners, including POS systems and delivery apps, in the Italian market
• Monitor partner performance and troubleshoot basic integration issues
• Ensure data accuracy in internal systems
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Italian-speaking partners
• Answer partner queries and route complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain Salesforce/Hub Spot CRM and internal databases with partner information, contracts, and interaction logs
• Research and map Italy’s local restaurant-tech ecosystem
• Identify new partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with a diverse international team supporting Deliverect’s API-first commerce platform for food and retail businesses

• Fluency in Italian; native or bilingual fluency is non-negotiable
• Strong professional English and/or Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade, IT, or a related field
• Tech-curious and willing to learn modern software and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and a get-things-done attitude
• Genuine interest in startups, food-tech, or the restaurant industry is a plus
• Legal right to work in Spain
• May be required to pass a background check
• Must be available for a hybrid role in Spain
• Artificial Intelligence-assisted initial screening and assessment based on required skills and qualifications

Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English are essential for effectively managing partner relationships and troubleshooting integration issues. Proficiency in Salesforce/Hub Spot CRM and a keen interest in the restaurant-tech ecosystem will support operational success in a hybrid role.
