Head of HSE

• Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses, projects and geographies
• Develop and strengthen HSE governance, policies, standards and management systems aligned with international best practices and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements
• Drive HSE performance management through KPIs, reporting, risk management, audits and assurance programmes
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and promote proactive risk identification and mitigation
• Partner with business leaders and operational teams to embed HSE into decision‑making, project development and day‑to‑day operations
• Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the Group's international operations
• Support integration of HSE priorities within Greenvolt's Sustainability and ESG agenda
• Represent Greenvolt in industry forums, certification processes and external stakeholder engagements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• Health & Safety professional qualification (minimum Level VI)
• 10+ years of HSE experience in corporate, multi‑site and international environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, construction, infrastructure or similar operational environments is highly valued
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking capabilities
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
  Spanish is a plus
• Availability for international travel

Demonstrates expertise in HSE strategy implementation, governance, and compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement in international operational environments.
