We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team and help shape how we deliver our global solutions to multinational clients.
About the RoleThis position combines business development, proposal coordination and project management support
.
You will work closely with global client leads, local country teams, technical specialists and project managers. You will help coordinate complex international proposals and support the transition of new engagements until they are successfully handed over to the delivery teams.
The level of the position may be adapted between Assistant and Senior depending on the successful candidate's experience and profile.
Your MissionYour mission will be to support the full lifecycle of global GCR opportunities and new engagements, from tender preparation and proposal submission to project mobilisation, transition and go-live.
You will help ensure that stakeholders across countries and service lines remain aligned, required inputs are received on time, project documentation is complete, and agreed actions and milestones are properly monitored.
Your Activities- Coordinate international proposals, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal for multinational clients.
- Review tender documentation and help identify requirements, deliverables, deadlines and key dependencies.
- Coordinate commercial, technical and operational input from country teams and subject-matter experts.
- Prepare clear, consistent and well-structured client proposals, presentations and supporting documentation.
- Consolidate scope, pricing, assumptions and country information.
- Monitor proposal timelines, actions and approvals to support timely submission.
- Assist with the preparation of client workshops, pitch meetings and clarification sessions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity information and related documentation.
- Support the mobilisation and transition of newly awarded global engagements.
- Help develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
- Prepare project status updates, meeting materials, minutes and follow-up communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Approximately 1--5 years of relevant experience, depending on the seniority of the profile.
- Experience in business development, proposal or bid coordination, PMO, project coordination, finance, accounting, compliance or professional services.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, work streams and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, curious, and eager to develop in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Exposure to international or cross-border projects
Interest in client onboarding, proposals, or project coordination
