** Senior Business Analyst.
** As our new Business Analyst you will be developing and advocating an ambitious and appealing digital Product strategy. You make sure development of your product aligns with the overall Ayvens business strategy and you make sure maximum value is driven.
** What are you going to do?
** In this position you are going to be responsible for
* You own the product vision, strategy, definition and value creation of your product(s). Collaborate with your (business) stakeholders, Product director / head during the visioning, concept development of a product, and compilation of the product strategy.
* Work with business analyst on maximizing the value created by the product you manage.
* Owns the product roadmap and works with stakeholders to ensure it fits the business goals and corresponds with the overall product roadmap
* You track the success of functional initiatives and develop new methods and processes to improve efficiency.
* You are responsible for quantifying all investments made into any product in scope and make sure these deliver the anticipated value.
* You drive decisions based on facts and data. Systematically validates assumptions to de risk decisions.
* You put research and analysis into business, regulatory and technical topics to support the formulation and specification of Ayvens product requirements and solution design.
* Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
* The product manager works in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.
** Who are we looking for?
** The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
* 5 years of successful business leadership experience in a similar digital product management or product strategy role.
* Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple projects independently.
* English (fluent, verbally and written).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp, clear, concise and rich graphic style.
* Excellent analytical skills, including financial and market analysis skills and experience.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver on objectives and produce results.
* Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams.

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Madrid Office.
