** As a member of the CoS GTB team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic priorities and driving business performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and transformation of our business.

* Partner with the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to define, align and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring consistency with Global and Regional priorities.
* Coordinate the strategic planning process across GTB Europe, challenging business plans and ensuring alignment between business lines, support functions and overall strategic objectives.
* Monitor business performance through the definition, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights on financial results, commercial activity, resource planning and strategic initiatives.
* Develop and maintain market intelligence, competitive analysis and industry insights to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities and risks.
* Lead annual planning and financial review processes in collaboration with Finance and Control functions, ensuring consistency between strategic objectives, budgets and business performance.
* Drive governance and management reporting processes, coordinating executive forums, strategic reviews and performance discussions to support effective decision-making.
* Support internal communications and engagement activities, contributing to the visibility and understanding of GTB Europe’s strategy, priorities and achievements.
