As Head of Wholesale Business Performance and Transformation (BP&T), reporting directly to the Wholesale Director, you will be responsible of the Wholesale and E-Concession business performance and transformation initiatives, bridging the link between these businesses and their operations.

Note:

This is a temporary role covering maternity leave.

Your role will be:

• Support the Wholesale Director and Finance Team in defining the Strategic Plan, annual objectives, and budgets, ensuring optimal business performance.
• Develop and maintain data-driven performance monitoring and reporting across departments (Commercial, Merchandising, Operations).
• Coordinate processes and initiatives across all Wholesale areas and within the wider organization.
• Manage a junior team member and two interns, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritization.

• Support yearly budget creation, monthly financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Define invoicing targets monthly ensuring alignment with Finance, Supply and Operations.
• Monitor invoicing targets, manage risks, and collaborate with Finance on risk control.
• Partner with commercial teams to analyze and conduct feasibility studies for new market opportunities.
• Control of annual CAPEX and OPEX.

• Oversee sales data management, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insights for performance tracking.
• Conduct sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and assist teams in implementing action plans.
• Generate insightful presentations for the key stakeholders, including recurrent COMEX meetings

• Govern systems workflows, provide operational support, and oversee reconciliation processes.

• Prepare for and support buying sessions, ensuring alignment with regional commercial teams and financial objectives.
• Coordinate and generate the final results reports.

• Support the retroplanning definition of order process upload and order confirmation sending, acting as the primary liaison with other internal departments across the company.

• Define and implement the yearly roadmap for Wholesale projects, establishing priorities and business cases.
• Act as the liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of goals.

What is important for the role:

• 10+ years of experience in similar role.
• High analytical skills with a deep understanding of key business KPIs.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear takeaways.
• Experience in project management, valuable previous experience in Consulting. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects, particularly those involving multiple business functions and technical teams.
• Collaborative team player and great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working in international environments.
• Expert with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Retail or luxury industry experience is a plus.
