We seek a dynamic Junior Manager to join our esteemed Business Masters team, focusing on Program Operations and Student Experience. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Business Masters, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating various transversal and extracurricular activities. We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid
- María de Molina. This is a temporary role to cover a paternity leave.

Your role as Junior Manager, Business Masters will involve:

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Business Masters to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for Business Master students.
• Act as a liaison with Vice Deans, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Provide support in management, communications, and problem-solving with faculty members.
• Foster collaboration with various departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities.
• Act as a contact person for external transversal activities such as graduations, openings, etc.
• Maintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives, generating measurable reports to analyze return on investment (ROI) and assess future potential.
• Manage expenses and exercise budgetary control.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a leadership role, contributing to a high-functioning team.
• Prior experience with digital tools, including Blackboard Ultra, Videoconferencing tools, Atenea, and Cytric, is preferred.
• Strong project management skills to offer support on short, medium, and long-term projects.
• Proven ability to promptly address concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule when required.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
