Sr Commercial Operations Analyst
At Dexcom, the Tender Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our growth in Spain by ensuring the effective management of public tenders and administrative contracting processes. Working within the Commercial Operations organization, you will coordinate closely with Market Access, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure that tender opportunities are identified, assessed and submitted accurately and on time.
You will combine strong knowledge of Spanish public procurement with rigorous operational execution to strengthen Dexcom's competitive position and support access to life-changing CGM technology.
Public tender management:
- Review official procurement bulletins and electronic tender platforms daily to identify opportunities relevant to Dexcom Spain.
- Analyze administrative and technical specifications and identify all requirements established by public authorities.
- Prepare a clear tender summary, submission plan and internal timeline for each opportunity.
- Coordinate with the commercial organization and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect the required inputs and approvals.
- Prepare and validate the administrative, technical and economic documentation required for each submission.
- Coordinate the preparation and shipment of product samples when required by the tender specifications.
- Submit complete tender files accurately and on time through the applicable electronic procurement platforms.
- Manage clarification requests, corrections and additional documentation requested during the evaluation process.
- Monitor tender outcomes and communicate awards, exclusions and relevant conditions to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the administrative execution of awarded contracts, including formalization, guarantees, extensions, renewals and amendments.
- Maintain visibility of contract milestones, expiry dates, commitments and documentation requirements.
- Support the resolution of public procurement and contract‑administration issues with the relevant Dexcom departments.
