As one of the first members of this growing team, you will help define how pricing supports commercial success across the region. Being part of the EMEA Strategic Pricing team, you will work closely with Country General Manager, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing.. As our Pricing Manager you ensure effective implementation of pricing initiatives, support commercial decision-making, and drive profitable growth through disciplined pricing execution.

What You Will DoLead pricing initiatives, support strategic negotiations, use analytics to optimize performance, and drive change management across the commercial organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Execute the EMEA pricing strategy within the local market.

Implement annual price increases and pricing initiatives.

Commercial support;
Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.

Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization.

Pricing analytics:
Analyze customer, product, and market profitability.

Customer and portfolio management

Who You Are You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial finance or analytics. Commercial or sales-facing experience is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability.

Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Business Intelligence tools.

Fluent in Spanish and English. Italian is a plus.
