** The GSS Management Office is a transversal function within Global Sales & Structuring,
** acting as a strategic partner
** to senior management and supporting the execution of the Global Markets commercial agenda.

Working across sales teams (value chains), products and geographies, the team
** coordinates strategic initiatives, monitors business performance, strengthens governance frameworks and facilitates decision-making
** through close interaction with Front Office, Product Specialists, Trading, CIB Coverage teams and corporate functions.

Beyond coordination, the Management Office plays a
** central role in identifying business opportunities, challenging existing ways of working and driving initiatives
** that improve commercial effectiveness, organisational alignment and execution across GSS.This is a
** high-exposure position****,
** offering the opportunity to work directly with senior management and Front Office teams while contributing to some of the most relevant strategic priorities within Global Markets.

** for Global Sales & Structuring, ensuring alignment with the broader Global Markets strategy.
* Independently

* ** Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives across value chains, products and regions**, tracking progress, identifying risks and facilitating informed decision-making.
