The Labour Relations Advisory will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive work environment by implementing effective labor relations strategies. This position requires strategic management and negotiation skills to foster strong relations between management and employees. This role will have to lead the negotiations with the unions.

• Develop and manage strategies for workplace relations in alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate negotiations and maintain communication with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local industry.
• Collaborate with human resources to address employee grievances and disputes efficiently.
• Implement and monitor policies related to labor relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
• Prepare reports and presentations to inform senior management of labor relations issues and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in labor relations management, preferably within the industrial sector or related (factory environment).
• Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining processes.
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive workplace relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
