Recruitment Consultant Italy

The Green Recruitment Company (TGRC) is a leading international recruitment firm specializing in the renewable energy sector. Founded in London in 2010, we operate globally with offices in New York, Orlando, Cape Town, Beijing, Madrid, Düsseldorf, and Singapore.

We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks Italian and is driven by talent and clean energy.

• Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies in Italy.
• Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.

• Fluent in both English, Spanish and Italian.
• Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
