We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Nova and lead key hiring processes for one of our fast-growing clients — a B2B SaaS scale-up expanding internationally
, with a strong presence in France and other European markets. You’ll be fully embedded in the client’s team
, while being hired and supported by Nova.
Your main responsibilities
TareasOwn and lead end-to-end hiring processes for mid to senior roles across functions and regions.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and talent teams, advising on hiring needs and market trends.
- Build and execute international sourcing strategies
, proactively identifying top-tier talent in key markets (particularly France). - Ensure a world-class candidate experience
, from first contact to offer stage. - Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and employer brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Nova's internal team to share knowledge, market feedback, and best practices.
- Report on hiring KPIs and progress regularly.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
, preferably in tech, digital or SaaS environments. - Fluent in English and French — both are mandatory for this role.
- Experience managing senior and mid-management hiring processes across multiple countries.
- Strong command of sourcing strategies
, tools like Linked In Recruiter
, ATS and CRM systems. - High stakeholder management skills, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Excellent interviewing skills and structured methodology.
- Independent, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
. - Bonus if you’ve contributed to employer branding
, recruitment process improvement, or data-driven hiring.
