Human Resource (人事)分野でキャリアをスタートさせる機会に興味はありませんか？ このHR総合職のポジションでは、アマゾンの Peculiar culture の中で、採用や人材育成、労務管理など、人事に関わる業務を幅広く担当いただきます。様々なStakeholdersと連携しながら、Ownershipを持って業務を進めていただきます。また、本ポジションはオペレーション部門でHR Generalistとしてキャリアをスタートいただきます。ご応募をお待ちしております。

• 全国の物流拠点で仕事をする社員の方の人事計画、組織改善/戦略、採用、オンボーディング、エンゲージメントなど、業務内容は多岐にわたります。
• ご自身のスキルやご経験、興味分野を活かし、他部門と連携しながら新しいプロジェクトを立ち上げることも可能です。（例：AIを活用した社内業務効率化など）

• 日本語履歴書（JIS規格履歴書・学校指定フォーマット）に以下項目を含む: 氏名（日本語レジュメ：漢字・カタカナ、またはローマ字）、住所（郵便番号も含む）、大学名、学部名、卒業年月、取得予定学位、メールアドレス、電話番号、学生時代に頑張ったこと（200字程度）、Amazonに興味を持った理由（200字程度）。必ずWordやPDFで応募フォームにアップロードしてください。
• 勤務地：所属する組織により異なります。
• 選考フロー：オンラインテスト→面接複数回→内々定。
