Junior HR and Talent Specialist (Part time Role)

Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process:
Job postings, CV screening, and initial candidate assessments. - Conduct face to face, phone and Teams interviews for different roles and departments.
- Coordinate interviews with managers and help streamline communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update our ATS and internal candidate database.
- Post job openings on Linked In and help create engaging content to attract talent.
- Actively search for great candidates through Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Support employer branding initiatives and HR communications.
- Help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout different HR processes.
- Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or Labour Relations, or currently enrolled in a Master’s in HR.
- Eligibility for a university internship agreement.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
