Are you a passionate and talented Head Chef with a love for Mediterranean cuisine? Do you thrive in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity? We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at one of the most celebrated restaurants in the Balearic Islands.
Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Managing kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and keeping within budget without compromising on quality.
Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience that showcases the Mediterranean spirit.
Developing, training, and mentoring the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, skill development, and teamwork.
Experience :  Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine. Fluency in English (Spanish or Catalan is a bonus, but not required).
