Job Overview:

Are you passionate about financial services, digital banking, and investment products? Join the world's most successful BPO organization and a global leader in banking customer experience in vibrant Madrid, Spain! In this prestigious, customer-centric role, you will interact with high-level clients of one of Europe's leading digital banks, providing premium support, account management, and introducing innovative, high-return savings and investment products to the German market.

What You Will Do:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to banking clients via phone, email, Whats App, and live chat channels.
  • Assist customers with core banking issues, including account openings, password locks, transfers, and general inquiries.
  • Manage back-office administrative tasks, ensuring thorough follow-up and tracking of any platform anomalies.
  • Educate clients on available banking and investment options, ensuring full compliance with internal and external transparency, service information, and client protection regulations.
  • Actively meet defined quality standards and corporate sales/commercial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Native or C2-level proficiency in German with strong professional communication skills.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Mathematics, Law, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Prior experience within the banking, financial services, or investment sector is a strong plus (but not exclusive).
  • Proficient general IT skills, including hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional customer orientation, active listening skills, empathy, and strong analytical capacity.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the commercial capability to discuss financial products comfortably.
  • Highly organized individual who thrives under pressure and adapts well to evolving financial technologies.

  • Full-time position (38.5 hours per week) with a stable, secure Indefinite Contract.

    Schedule:

    2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (includes 2 days off per week and 2 full weekends off per month).
  • Competitive Salary: 20,730€ gross/year.
