Position Overview
As a Customer Succes s you will manage and grow relationships wit h Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
You will combin e customer success and commercial acumen , acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts.
Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates.
Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems .
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.
Education & Experience
Up to 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar).
Background in SaaS, B2B services, or digital platf orms preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Commercial mindset with pr oven upselling/cross-selling ability.
Analytical and data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
Fluen t in Spanish and En glish (mandatory).Portuguese is a plus. xiphteb
