Customer Support (Banking Sector) | German + Spanish Speakers
Join an international banking project and build your career in a dynamic customer support environment!
Locations: Madrid & Valencia, Spain
Start Date: 26 May 2026
Position: Customer Support – Banking Sector
Language Requirements: German + Spanish (Minimum B2 Level)
Available
Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (8 openings)
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (7 openings)
- Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 – 07:00 (5 openings)
Salary Package:
Madrid: 22,800€ gross/year + 1,200€ annual bonus
Valencia: 20,800€ gross/year + 1,200€ annual bonus
Work Model: On-Site
What We're Looking For:
- German & Spanish speakers (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work rotational shifts
- Interest in the banking/customer service industry
