Position Overview Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is searching for a Coordinator CRO to manage a team within their reservations department in Madrid. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient handling of customer requests across various sales channels. The adequate candidate will have extensive experience in call center coordination, strong communication skills, and a determination to achieve targets.
You’ll join a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent service and will benefit from a comprehensive training plan.
