Your journey ahead You will work with multiple location teams across Europe, responsible for vivo’s Europe after‑sales and pre‑sales work.
Your Challenges Customer service satisfaction and KPI management across Europe, following up on achieving local assessment service goals.
Implement the headquarters’ overseas customer service work plan and service strategy.
Formulate European service policies, develop processes, promote service content implementation, and plan service innovation activities.
Manage market product reputation information and quality issues.
Oversee local service teams of agents and service providers, handling customer and user complaints in Europe.
Your profile includes Excellent communication skills with strong logical thinking, a clear sense of goal, and rapid learning and iteration ability.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of independently completing projects and driving the team to achieve goals.
Proficient in Chinese and English communication, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
