Puesto: Customer Support Intern )
Your mission   Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to provide the best possible customer service, understand their expectations, and be accountable for the success of their conversion rate.
Take calls and redirect them to the appropriate person within the sales team.
Return all missed calls.
Support the Commercial Team to ensure the information is up-to-date.
Keep up to date with Home Club's entire portfolio and services to ensure maximum resolution of customer inquiries over the phone.
Support the commercial team with check‑ins and apartment visits.
Support the team with internal communication with the tenants.
Provide cross‑functional support to the Key Account Managers (KAMs) with administrative tasks.

Your profile   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
Excellent level of English.
Ability to multitask.
Confident on the phone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients.
