Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to uncover their needs and business objectives through thoughtful discussions.
Design and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges effectively.
Provide expert advice and insights, enhancing the overall client experience.
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and continued client support.
Facilitate training sessions for clients, empowering them to leverage our products effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities focused on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
