Job Summary
The Global Client Services Specialist 2 at Allfunds Bank SAU provides comprehensive support to institutional clients worldwide, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of inquiries and service requests related to our global investment platform.
Job Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional clients, handling a wide range of inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve complex client issues related to fund execution, reporting, data discrepancies, and platform functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Operations, Sales, Product, and IT, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
- Proactively identify potential client service issues and implement preventative measures to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Onboard new clients, providing guidance on platform usage and service offerings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Allfunds' product offerings to provide informed client support.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or investment platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment funds, financial markets, and industry operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, German) are a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
