Descripción del trabajo
MSX International in Madrid is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the primary contact for OEM vehicle owners, handling inquiries and resolving cases with professionalism to ensure an excellent service experience. The role requires native German and English at B2-C1, at least 1 year in customer service, and strong communication skills.
The position starts on-site with a 3-month adaptation period, then hybrids up to 50% remote.
