Job Description:

Customer Service Agent with Spanish & English

Foundever is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer support.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards.

What we offer

• Permanent contract

• Full-time position (39 hours per week).
• Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday
  , between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Gross annual salary: €22,100 (language bonus included).
• Additional bonus of up to €400 gross per month for availability outside regular working hours during weekends.
• Paid initial training lasting 3 weeks
  , from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Training start date:
  03/08/2026

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Native or bilingual Spanish
  .
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
• Portuguese language skills are a plus
  .
• Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.
