Portuguese-Speaking Reservations Agent

At  Foundever™ , we are hiring  Portuguese-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors  to support a leading international hotel brand.
If you are fluent in Portuguese and enjoy helping customers, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team in Málaga.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese

• Assist customers with bookings and inquiries

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional fluency in  Portuguese

• Advanced English

• Advanced Spanish

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential)
We’re especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.

What We Offer
• €1,635 gross/month + €1.500 in a Sign Bonus

• 39h/week contract

• 3-month temporary contract (with possibility of extension)

• Rotating shifts between 10:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun)

• 2-month probation period
