Working hours:

Full‑time – 39 hours per week

Contract:

Permanent contract
Salary:  €22,000 – €23,000 gross per year (language bonus included)

Start date:

20 July 2026
Initial training:  Fully paid, on‑site in Madrid

Your role
Provide multi‑channel customer support aligned with luxury brand standards
Manage customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently
Deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism

What we offer
Permanent, full‑time contract
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday between 07:50 and 20:00
Gross annual salary starting at €22,100, including language bonus
Additional availability bonus of up to €400 gross per month for weekend coverage outside regular working hours
Fully paid initial training (3 weeks), Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
Hybrid work model according to project guidelines

What we are looking for
Native or bilingual Spanish
Advanced English level (minimum C1)
Previous experience in customer service
Strong customer orientation and digital skills
Interest in the luxury automotive sector
Portuguese language skills are a plus
Legal eligibility to work in Spain
