At  SPSP Health , we’re making waves in the  e-commerce industry , expanding our reach across  Germany, Austria, France, Spain and other EU Countries . Now, we’re looking for a  Customer Service Superstar  to join our team in sunny  Madrid !

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist & Engage  – Be the friendly voice our customers rely on! Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Solve Problems Like a Pro  – Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience.

Process Orders & Returns  – Ensure seamless order management and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.

Stay Organised  – Keep records updated in our CRM system and follow up on open cases.

Work as a Team  – Collaborate with different departments to improve customer service processes.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in   Spanish, Italian OR Portuguese (spoken & written)+ good English skills

Customer-focused mindset  – You genuinely care about helping people

Problem-solving ninja  –  You think fast and handle challenges with ease

Organised & proactive  – You juggle multiple tasks like a pro

Tech-savvy  

– Experience with CRM tools? Even better!
