What you will do:

Support customers in German and English via phone and email
Help resolve financial service inquiries efficiently and professionally
Deliver a positive and high-quality customer experience

What we are looking for:
Native or bilingual German
Advanced English level (C1)
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Based in Madrid or open to relocating to Spain

What we offer:

Permanent full-time contract
€22,000 gross annual salary
Monday to Friday schedule
