Foundever™ is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a dynamic team supporting a leading global financial institution. If you enjoy helping people, working in an international environment, and building your professional experience abroad, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do:

Support customers in German and English via phone and email
Help resolve financial service inquiries efficiently and professionally
Deliver a positive and high-quality customer experience

What we are looking for:
Native or bilingual German
Advanced English level (C1)
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Based in Madrid or open to relocating to Spain

What we offer:

Permanent full-time contract
€22,000 gross annual salary
Monday to Friday schedule
Paid training from day one
