The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Norwegian-speaking customers and provide a high-quality customer experience within the gaming sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Norwegian-speaking customers with their questions and requests

Providing professional and friendly customer support

Handling account-related and general service inquiries

Resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately

Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction

Following internal procedures and quality standards

Collaborating with an international team

What We're Looking For Fluent Norwegian speaker

Good command of English Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

Comfortable working in an international environment

Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus Availability to work onsite

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
