Job Title: Customer Service Agent (German & Spanish Speaking)

Salary: €22,800 gross base salary/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus

Contract Type: 3-Month Temporary (with high intention to convert to Permanent)

What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in both German and Spanish.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Navigate internal systems to log interactions and look up customer information.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily service targets.

  Rotational 8-hour blocks primarily focused on morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). The role involves working shifts with an equal balance between morning and afternoon schedules.
• Training Period: Mandatory attendance is required for the onboarding training program. Training hours scale over the first month as follows:
  • Weeks 1-3: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Week 4: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Week 5: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €22,800 gross per year.
