• Develop and execute Orion Iberia’s business strategy
• Deliver sales and profit targets and drive growth across Spain and Portugal
• Lead, mentor, and support employees and teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring capability and talent development
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical codes of practice, industry standards and internal processes

• University degree level education - MBA or additional specific qualifications preferred
• Significant experience as Head of Department in a pharmaceutical company
• Strong leadership, commercial insight, and P&L management experience
• Sales and Marketing background with a solid experience in Respiratory and CNS market is preferred
• Innovative, entrepreneurial and confident communicator
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

The Branded Products Division seeks to maximize the value of Orion’s in-house developed cornerstone products through innovative customer engagement and portfolio development.
