We are looking for a  Privacy Champion (Iberia)  to join the Compliance team and support the operational management of privacy and data protection within the Mediterranean Operating Unit.
What will your mission be?
You will be a key point of contact for privacy matters, helping to embed GDPR compliance into day-to-day business activities and supporting clinics and local teams with a practical and hands-on approach.
Your main responsibilities
Support in managing data incidents, DPIAs, RoPA and retention schedules
Operational support for DSARs and interaction with Data Protection Authorities
Coordination of privacy agreements (DPAs) with Legal and Procurement
Monitoring compliance controls, metrics and action plans
Continuous improvement of privacy tools, templates and processes
Supporting clinics with insurance-related privacy queries, in coordination with relevant teams
What are we looking for?
Degree in Law, Business Administration, IT, Political Science or similar (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in privacy/data protection
Solid knowledge of GDPR
Fluent Spanish and English
Organized, analytical and solution-oriented profile

Experience with tools such as One Trust and certifications (e.g. CIPP/E) are a plus
