About your role

Leading Iberia operations (Spain and Portugal) ensuring Orion's continued growth in the Region

Oversee the business strategy, commercial performance and lead the local management team

Your key responsibilities

Develop and execute Orion Iberia’s business strategy

Deliver sales and profit targets and drive growth across Spain and Portugal

Lead, mentor, and support employees and teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring capability and talent development

Lead cross-functional teams

Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical codes of practice, industry standards and internal processes

University degree level education - MBA or additional specific qualifications preferred

Significant experience as Head of Department in a pharmaceutical company

Strong leadership, commercial insight, and P&L management experience

Sales and Marketing background with a solid experience in Respiratory and CNS market is preferred

Innovative, entrepreneurial and confident communicator

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Branded Products Business Division
The Branded Products Division seeks to maximize the value of Orion’s in-house developed cornerstone products through innovative customer engagement and portfolio development. Promotional synergy will enable Orion to launch and grow new branded products in the specialties of Respiratory, Women’s Health, Parkinson’s Disease and CNS through our own development and in-licensing. The Branded Products business division includes products that have a strong brand name which provides added value to patients.
